Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the public Kendr website, including marketing pages, community links, and the early-access sign-up flow on kendr.org.

Effective date: April 17, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By using the public Kendr website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site.

What the website is for

The public site is a launch and product-placement site for Kendr. It is intended to explain the product, show use cases, link to community channels, and collect early-access interest ahead of and after the public release.

References on the site to launch timing, workflows, or product direction may change as the product evolves.

Early-access sign-up

Submitting the early-access form does not guarantee admission, launch access, pricing, support, or any specific release timeline.

Kendr may use the information submitted through the form to prioritize outreach, understand launch demand, and coordinate product follow-up.

Kendr may update or remove launch-list workflows as the release process changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the public site. This includes trying to interfere with the site, scrape restricted endpoints, bypass admin protections, submit fraudulent data, or use the site in a way that harms the service or other users.

Allowed

Browsing pages, joining the waitlist, using public links, and reviewing published product information.

Not allowed

Unauthorized access attempts, abusive automation, impersonation, or attempts to access admin-only data.

Intellectual property and open-source references

Site copy, site design, Kendr branding as presented on kendr.org, and launch-page assets may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Where the site references the open-source Kendr repository or MIT licensing, those references apply to the repository and licensed code as published, not automatically to every brand asset or every part of this launch site.

Third-party services

The public site may link to or rely on third-party services such as GitHub, Discord, Google Analytics, hosting infrastructure, and database providers. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

No warranty

The public site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kendr does not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kendr and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the public site or reliance on information presented there.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as the website, launch flow, and product availability change. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply.

Questions

For questions about these terms, use the official Kendr public channels on the community page, Discord, or GitHub.
