These terms govern use of the public Kendr website, including marketing pages, community links, downloads, installed app telemetry, and the hosted API portal on kendr.org.
Effective date: April 18, 2026
By using the public Kendr website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site.
The public site is a product and download site for Kendr. It is intended to explain the product, show use cases, link to community channels, publish install options, and operate the hosted customer portal for the Kendr API product.
References on the site to launch timing, workflows, or product direction may change as the product evolves.
Download availability, package formats, pricing, hosted services, support, and release timelines may change as the product evolves.
Kendr may use download, install, feedback, and error-report data to prioritize platform support, understand usage demand, and coordinate product follow-up.
Kendr may update or remove download channels, package formats, and release workflows as the release process changes.
Customer accounts created through the hosted portal are for accessing Kendr-managed API keys, credit balances, and hosted API documentation.
Credits, pricing, supported surfaces, and managed execution policy may change over time. Kendr may add, remove, or adjust private implementation details without exposing platform credentials to end customers.
Unless Kendr states otherwise in a separate commercial agreement, the hosted API is offered on a best-effort basis and may include rate limits, credit costs, or temporary surface availability controls.
You agree not to misuse the public site. This includes trying to interfere with the site, scrape restricted endpoints, bypass admin protections, submit fraudulent data, abuse the hosted API, or use the site in a way that harms the service or other users.
Allowed
Browsing pages, downloading installers, using public links, and reviewing published product information.
Not allowed
Unauthorized access attempts, abusive automation, impersonation, resale or leakage of private platform credentials, or attempts to access admin-only data.
Site copy, site design, Kendr branding as presented on kendr.org, and launch-page assets may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
References to Kendr licensing apply only to the code or assets where that license is explicitly stated, not automatically to every brand asset or every part of this launch site.
The public site may link to or rely on third-party services such as Discord, Google Analytics, hosting infrastructure, database providers, and payment providers. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
The public site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kendr does not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kendr and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the public site or reliance on information presented there.
These terms may be updated from time to time as the website, launch flow, and product availability change. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply.
For questions about these terms, use the official Kendr public channels on the community page or Discord.
