The same Kendr, priced for students and educators

The School plan gives verified students and staff at approved institutions a weekly allowance of credits on a 30-day pass priced at $5 instead of the $20 list price. Weekly credits reset rather than roll over, the pass is renewed by hand rather than billed as a subscription, and the same balance works on web, desktop, VS Code, and the API.

Learners sign up with their institution email and request or activate the plan from the School plan page inside Kendr. Institutions apply with a staff contact on the domain or a DNS TXT record, and Kendr reviews the application before switching the domain on.
