Trip Itinerary Manager
Create and maintain travel itineraries, calendar-ready schedules, reservation trackers, packing lists, and spreadsheet workbooks.
Trip Itinerary Manager
Use this skill when the user asks for a travel itinerary, day-by-day schedule, reservation tracker, packing list, calendar plan, or trip workbook.
Build itineraries around real constraints:
- arrival/departure times
- hotel check-in and checkout windows
- transport time and buffer time
- opening hours and ticket windows when known
- traveler energy level, accessibility, weather, and budget
- business meetings, school schedules, or fixed events
For output, include:
- day-by-day plan with morning, afternoon, evening, and travel buffers
- reservation checklist with confirmation numbers when provided
- packing list grouped by traveler or activity
- local transport notes and fallback options
- unresolved items that need booking or confirmation
Use GoogleCalendar.create_calendar_event only when the user explicitly asks to add events. Use Spreadsheet.create_spreadsheet_workbook when the user asks for a tracker, budget, packing sheet, or reusable trip workbook.
Do not ask the user to type approve or confirm for calendar writes; let Kendr's approval checkpoint collect the approve or reject decision.
