How to use it

Workflow:

Confirm target service, environment, version or commit, deploy window, and rollback owner.
Check CI status, required reviews, open release blockers, active incidents, recent alerts, error budget or error rate, infrastructure plan risk, and rollback path.
Report the result as go, caution, or no-go with evidence and missing checks.
Keep recommendations actionable and tied to a specific gate.

Actions:

Treat merge, deployment approval, release publish, rollout restart, scale, Terraform apply, and rollback as side-effecting.
Use Kendr approval before any side-effecting deployment action.
Do not proceed when required context is missing; state the missing guardrail instead.
