This policy explains what the public Kendr website collects, how download telemetry, customer portal accounts, credits, and analytics are handled on kendr.org.
Effective date: April 18, 2026
This policy applies to the public Kendr website at kendr.org, including the homepage, feature pages, use-case pages, community page, download page, privacy page, terms page, admin console, and the hosted API portal that supports customer accounts, credit purchases, and API keys.
When you download, install, or use Kendr, the site and installed app may store the information needed to serve downloads, maintain accounts, and operate app telemetry endpoints.
Information you provide
Account email, feedback text, error report details, API key labels, and customer portal information you choose to submit.
Install and request metadata
Installation id, app version, platform, channel, source, referrer, browser user agent, and server-side created and updated timestamps.
Account data
Customer name, email address, password hash, session metadata, API key prefixes, and account timestamps.
Billing and usage data
Credit purchases, credit balance changes, surface usage entries, selected package information, and operational metadata required to operate the hosted API.
Download and app telemetry is used to understand which platforms and workflows need support, maintain release health, and review demand across product motions such as deep research, agentic work, and reusable knowledge bases.
Customer portal data is used to authenticate accounts, maintain credit balances, generate API keys, meter API usage, and operate the hosted Kendr API product.
The data is also used to avoid duplicate records when the same email updates its interest later.
Kendr does not present this public website as a consumer ad-tech product, and install or account data is not collected for resale.
Download telemetry, customer accounts, billing records, API keys, and operational configuration metadata are stored in a PostgreSQL database operated for the Kendr website. Access to admin-only management endpoints is protected behind admin authentication. The public site does not expose raw operational records, private platform credentials, or database access directly.
Kendr uses Google Analytics through the Google tag with measurement ID G-R8PWS5SE55. This helps measure traffic and page usage across the public marketing site.
Google Analytics may collect device, browser, and usage information according to Google's own policies and may use cookies or similar technologies to support reporting.
The site links to external services such as Discord, analytics, hosting infrastructure, and payment providers. Once you leave kendr.org, the privacy practices of those external services apply instead of this policy.
Download, install, feedback, and account entries may be retained as long as they remain useful for release operations, product follow-up, or customer support. If the same record is submitted again, it may be updated instead of duplicated.
This policy may be updated as the public site and launch process evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
For questions about this policy or the public Kendr launch site, use the official Kendr community channels on the community page or Discord.
